Stay True [to you]- Find what works for YOU. We all have that person that we look up to or what to look, act, or be just like. But guess what? You’re never going to be them (and that’s a good thing!) You are YOU. In order to have success in fitness and in life, you need to stay true to yourself. What works for one person doesn’t always work for the next. Some people can lose 5 pounds in 2 days, while others struggle for years to lose the same amount of weight. The key is finding and balancing what you ENJOY, because this is crucial to your continued success. No one is going to stick with an unrealistic program or expectations - anyone can eat clean for a few weeks or start a workout program - but it’s most important to find something that you can implement into your lifestyle FOR GOOD!
